Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Yes, students from other states are very much eligible to give WBJEE and get admission in Jadavpur University. The admission is solely done in online mode. Only the candidates who had Maths Physics and Chemistry in their 10+2 level as their main subjects are eligible to apply for this course. The aspirants must have a WBJEE score above the cutoff score. The selection process is based on the performance of WBJEE. Jadavpur University. Kolkata was established in 1955 on 24th December as a State University. It offers 4 years B.Tech course with 15 specializations namely Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Constructional, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, Instrumentation, and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Power Engineering, Printing Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Technology, and Bio-Chemical, Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering.

Here's a general idea. The entire test is for three hours and has two parts. Part 1: SNUSAT (2 Hours) - This test is to measure the proficiency of the candidate in language, ability to apply mind to simple problems, data interpretation, logical and abstract reasoning. This is to ensure that a candidate can survive a typical SNU undergraduate class in terms of basic communication, basic calculation and minimum assessment skills like written English. Part 2: APT (1 Hour) - Short for Academic Proficiency Test which is to ensure that the Class IX and XII concepts of their interested majors (From Engineering to English). There is no negative marking and except for the Critical Writing (APT Section) or the Essay SNUSAT Section), everything is objective type.
