Minimum Eligibility to Apply for the course is 10+2 with 45%. Eligible candidates need to appear for the ADYPU Common Entrance Test ACET for Law conducted by Ajeenkya DY Patil University. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on the score in ACET. Candidates are selected based on the ACET score and performance in the personal interview.

Yes sure, if you have completed a Diploma course, then it is perfect. You can immediately apply for fashion designing institute, because you are eligible for the lateral entry slot for B.Tech in Fashion Technology. The eligibility criteria for lateral entry is 10th + 3 year Diploma for B.Tech, and if you want a Diploma then your class 10th pass certificate is enough. But, you will not be eligible for lateral entry in this case. I may remind you however, that for certain Diploma courses like ADFT (Advanced Diploma in Fashion Technology) you must have passed your class 12th class also.
