Dear Priyanka, Cancer specialist is called an Oncologist. (A medical professional who practices oncology is an oncologist.)
There are three types of cancer specialists:
Medical oncologist. This is the cancer specialist you'll probably see most often. Usually your oncologist will oversee your general care and coordinate treatments with other specialists. Your oncologist will also be in charge of chemotherapy, hormone therapy, and immunotherapy. You'll likely visit your medical oncologist for long-term, regular checkups.
Radiation oncologist. This cancer specialist treats cancer with radiation therapy.
Surgical oncologist. This is a surgeon who has special training in treating cancer. Your surgical oncologist may be called in to diagnose cancer with a biopsy. Surgical oncologists also treat cancer by removing tumors or other cancerous tissue.

Hi Indraneel, you may look for your course of interest in universities like TU Dortmund University, Technical university of Munich, RWTH Aachen. Do go through the course modules before finalising the course.
REgarding scholarship : Education in Germany is free. Some Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to Euro 740 per month. You also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS to apply to German University. The classes begin twice a year in October and April. You should start the application process at least 9 months before the class start so plan accordingly.
If you want further scholarship you will need to reach nearest DAAD office.
If you appear for GRE it will be an added advantage.

See MBA from distance is not good. .because now a days there is a big crowding of MBA students from regular study. .If any company have to recruit a regular MBA student and a MBA student with distance mode with same experience . . they will choose the regular one. .because . .no matter how less a regular student have studied he is good from distance mode student. .think if your are a head of a company and you have to choose an employ which one you will choose regular one or distance. .i agree that interview matters but for at the time of applying they prefare regular student. .I am not demotivating you. .talent is talent. .talent get rewarded everywhere . . but for getting that talent you have to study hard. .with regular mode.

Admission is made once a year through an All India level examination known as 'Joint Admission Test to M. Sc. (JAM)'. The underlying philosophy of JAM seeks to provide a single unified national level test for admission to different post-B.
