There are many course options available. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.
After 12th in Science if you have studied Biology, Physics and Chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).

I would suggest you to work for some time before moving ahead with further studies. U can work as srf or jrf also for research experience and then get admission in gud univ for phd.
