CMA [Certified Management Accountant] which is equal to ICWAI, from Institute of Management Accountant [IMA] USA, this certificate is valid throughout the world, Final year graduates are eligible for this course, already MoU had signed between IMA & ICWAI. In CMA only 2 paper alone to be cleared. Public and Private Sector banks where started looking for CMAs. Good Luck

Sachin, generally the cut-off marks for our college is 50%, but I am sure you can come to the college and have a talk with our admission executives and they will guide you and most probably arrange for an internal admission test whereby you can take admission.

Dear you can get some govt. college on the basis of these marks in JEE but can't say it will be a very good one.
You keep all your options open.
There are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
All these universities have world class infrastructure and offering a whole lot of facilities to students for their all round development.
