No, NEET syllabus is mostly based on CBSE plus two syllabus prepared by NCERT. There is a huge difference between CBSE and State Boards Syllabus with regard to three main subjects-Physics, Biology and Chemistry. Andhra Pradesh students will have to put extra efforts to cover the vast syllabus apart from concentrating on regular intermediate examinations. NIT Patna. Depends on a number of factors. The degree - Is it a B.Tech or MCA. Since NIT Patna does not offers MCA so you can go for NIT Raipur if it is MCA. The stream- Not all streams or departments of any college are best. So for NIT Raipur if you are opting for Metallurgy, Mining, B.Arch then they are better than most of the NIT's with healthy placement record. While NIT Patna lags behind in these departments. Placement - For core branches NIT Patna offers better placement than NIT Raipur. Ranking - NIT Patna is higher in ranking than NIT Raipur. Candidates are not required to make any payment for registration and filling up of choices. To accept allotted seats, candidates must pay seat acceptance fee. The seat acceptance fee for SC, ST and PwD candidates is Rs. 20,000 and for others, it is Rs. 45,000. Candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee through e-challan at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) or pay online using SBI Internet banking.

Well, it basically depends on college to college. If you want to pursue from NIT, you should get better marks in JEE Mains and if you want to do it from IITs, you should qualify JEE Advanced with great marks. Rank varies every year but if you get good marks, there may be a chance to get this.
