I don't think there is any fees relief for OBC candidates. And the graduation percentage matters. A minimum of 50% of marks in graduation is a compulsion across all institutes. Also, the graduation percentage forms a part of the grading for admissions. So plan accordingly and study very well for your CET as colleges are now expecting students with more than 85 percentile.

I would suggest you to go for SPIT because of the autonomy. Moreover, it has very good reputation than the rest of the two colleges.

See, if you are a Delhi student then you can all the government colleges of Delhi like GB Pant, Okala; Ambedkar College, etc. And other than that, all the private colleges but if your resident of other state then you might not get any of the government college as because of the 85% and 15% quota of the Delhi students.

You can opt for distance PG courses. You can do M.A. M.Com. Or M.A. etc. From IGNOU, Amity Distance or SMU Distance Education programmes. Search for an IGNOU centre near your residence. Check the courses available and choose the desired one. IGNOU provides weekend classes also. You can study at home and give exams.
