Hello,
I must say, you have scored pretty good. I believe, you will get admission in B.Com Honors because of three reasons : Firstly, your rank is under 1000. Secondly your female rank is superb and BHU gives preference to girls. Thirdly, your category is OBC.
Overall, your chances are bright.
* Just make sure you get registered for counselling which will begin from July 4. Check the procedure for it on the official site. *
All the best.

Dear Ujjawal, as per their website they offer B.Sc with subjects offered in different combinations but they don't offer B.Sc Chemistry (Hons.). There are many other govt.as well as private universities like DU, LPU, UPES, etc that are offering B.Sc Chemistry (Hons.). They have their different criteria. Some offer admission on basis of entrance test and some offer it on merit basis. Some even offer scholarships to meritorious students. Check the websites of these reputed universities for more details.
Good luck.

Surely, if you have got Badruka College in TSICET counselling, then you'll get 100% seat in that college. Otherwise, if you're not fulfilling the eligible criteria such as required rank for the respective college and things such as caste, reservation quota. So on, there might not be a chance.
