1) Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur
2) MBM Engineering College, JNV University, Jodhpur

For that, you have to apply online to the specific college in which you want to take admission and then there will be a call letter that you will get if you are eligible for that college.

TC in original only will be normally accepted. In case you have lost TC you can file FIR with Police and get its copy. Along with affidavit that TC has been lost apply to school /college for duplicate TC. On payment of fees you will get duplicate TC.
If it is private school or college with a small donation you may get a duplicate TC. Just ask their office.
