Unfortunately you have not mention the name of any college about which you are interested in information about cutoffs. But after checking with lots of other engineering colleges offer in graduation in this branch of studies it is revealed that not a single college has prescribed any cut off for students to apply. What this means is that any student who has obtained minimum required marks and who has met the criteria of admission can apply respective of the ranking or the percentile that he has or she has received.
