If you want to pursue dentistry from New Zealand then you can try at University of Otago however admission the programme shall be subject to the approval of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Health Sciences) on the advice of the Faculty of Dentistry. Every applicant shall have fulfilled one of the following conditions:(i) have been admitted to the degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery of a university in New Zealand;(ii) have been admitted with the status of one who is entitled to proceed to the degree. Hi Madhurika,
Although, you are late for MBA programs but there many private institutes which don't require Common Admission test rather they have their own Entrance Exams and entry to these Institutes are open till they have seats available, so you can try for those Institutes.

You need to have a graduation degree for your career growth. However, you may get a job with PGDBM, But if you get a job in a good company, after clearing inteview you need to submit your educational certificate & at that time incomplete degree can creat problems for you.
