The Global Open University Nagaland is a recognized University to offer distance education. The institute that you are inquiring about i.e. Pro Institute of Technology is a study center of the particular University and offers courses affiliated to the same.
UGC is a regulating body just for the Universities and not for the colleges or the study centers, it is more than enough to pursue the course from Pro Institute as it is a authorized study center for this University.

You have a big advantage of having your uncle working in Harvard as a professor. This would increase your chance of getting an admission in this university by atleast 30%. The only thing you would have to do to utilize this opporunuty is to get a letter of recommendation written from your uncle and submit that with your application. if you have a good score in your academics, try to get through campus interviews. If you are unable to get, then opt for MCA. Then you can do some professional courses along with the post graduations and get into industry.

I am trying to find out , weather this istitute is fake or right to go. in there prospectus it is written that courses are not recognised by UGC , AIU and AICTE . they are asking to pay 37900 /- for MBA course 4 Semister . I am realy not able to take right dicision.
