Somewhere, I have read this method. You can calculate it by dividing the total marks by 8, because total papers in graduation is 8 including all the three years. But, you should not add 5th subject of 3rd year along with excluding 3 subsidiary papers of 1st and 2nd year. Let's in first year you obtained the following marks
Paper-1=60
Paper-2=70
Total-1=130
In 2nd year : Paper-3=70 and Paper-4=65: Total-2=135
In 3rd year : Paper-5=75, Paper-6=70, Paper-7=71, Paper-8=66: Total-3=282
So the Total aggregate marks=Total-1+Total-2+Total-3= 130+135+282=547
Percentage=547/8=68.375.

Hello ! Surajit, I would recommend you to put Dyal Singh College on First priority. Since it is better among them. Then as a second option you can take College of vocational studies. Third can be Satyawati College ( it is a Graded college by NAAC).
As a last option you can choose Ramlal Anand College.
