Firstly its depend on your area of interest both the courses are skill based. And in both the courses you got the good salary and packages. And in my opinion event management is good because fashion designing want more time and wealth in comparison to event management.

Well as you are a B.Com graduate you can very well go for Masters in psychology, being from this field people generally go for MBA but if you have an interest in psychology its really good. Now a days we are having an interesting field in psychology coming up which very well relates Business field with psychology and that is Industrial/Organisational Psychology. Yes you can do but, are you completed your academic with science or not.? Part from this you will be eligible for regular classes when your age will be less then 24 year at the time of admission and you academic percentage will also matter during your admission.

Yes, you can get admission into DU with 83.4% for B.Com with OTC category but you will get colleges in South campus.
