Firstly its depend on your area of interest both the courses are skill based. And in both the courses you got the good salary and packages. And in my opinion event management is good because fashion designing want more time and wealth in comparison to event management.

Yes you can do but, are you completed your academic with science or not.? Part from this you will be eligible for regular classes when your age will be less then 24 year at the time of admission and you academic percentage will also matter during your admission.
