Dear Prateek,Yes definitely you will get admission to regular PG program on the Basis of B.Com Distance education.
Eligibility for PG program is graduation in respective field , but there is no such rule that graduation should be from regular mode or distance education are not allowed etc.
So you can apply for regular mode PG too.
After B.com you can work in accounting deptt
of any company , being graduate can apply for all govt jobs where graduation is required like banks ,UPSC and state public services.
But you should go for MBA-Finance or M.Com which will enhance your career.

No. you cant. for doing a phd you need to have a master degree or very high working experience.

With good percentile for 10th, you may apply for 3 year Polytechnic Diploma courses approved by the Directorate of Technical Education of your state. Other options like Dip IETE do exist.
