For media I would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it. Also if possible try and read few books on GK and Current affairs, if you want you can refer to Manorama year Book which is a nice book for GK and Current affairs.
Apart from all these you also have to practice a lot on writing articles because they might give you any topic to write or also a picture that you need describe so you need to write it in a creative manner and for that you need to think out of the box. Other than these you may also prepare on reading comprehension, grammar, etc. At the end i would say that the entrance is not that difficult and you can clear it easily and the interview depends on your caliber.

Thanks for posting this query. You have not mentioned your course, but from your qualification of BTech I am presuming that you are looking for Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance. This is a 1 year full time course offered through a UGC recognised government university. The students of this program prepare for both government and private banking opportunities.
