Yes, you may get into a government medical college in Rajasthan with a 98,255 rank under the home state quota. According to the information given by you, you may get admission to the MBBS courses at the following colleges:
1. Government Medical College in Bharatpur
2. Government Medical College in Churu
3. Government Medical College in Pali
However, you may not get admission in round one or round two of NEET counseling as your score is less than 500. Based on previous year trends due to high competition in MBBS cut off is high even in SC category and you have more chance by Mop Up or stray vacancy round.
