Hi Kavivarman,
The only criteria is a very high academic score. You must have had more than 75% in your Bachelor's degree. You must have an IELTS score. German language is not compulsory but it will help in the admission process. You can also take the GATE exam for increasing admission chances.

This is Umang Patel from BK and I am currently studying as second year full time MBA student. The cut off is around 175 for general category and you need to pay around 10000 total fees for boys and 5000 around for girls. This is for two years total including exam fees.

If you want to work in the technical field related to electronics and telecommunication, you can opt for M.Tech from any of the top IITs. If you want to move to IT-Industry, there are plenty of IT-companies hiring BE students from ENTC. If you want to move to business/management field, you can try for MBA from a top B-school. Most of the Indian banks provide education loan up to 10 lakhs without collateral. Beyond that it might not be possible to get the loan without security. There are lots of institutions that provide loans in the form of scholarship without collateral one of them being Narotham-Sheksharia Scholarship. You can apply for scholarships.
