Definitely you are eligible to teach intermediate and undergraduate students with a M.Sc background.
I would suggest you to apply for emerging institutions in Mumbai because you can reach the higher positions quickly and also the pay scale will be more.

Your IELTS score is pretty less, as most of the Canadian Universities have an entry requirement of an overall IELTS score of 6.5 with no band less than 6. There are no issues with your percentage. I would suggest you to retake IELTS and try to score well. Chemical Engineering has a great scope in Canada.

You need to take CAT, XAT, SNAP, IIFT or TISS after graduation to get into a B-School. You can opt for any course (BBA or B.Com, B.Tech or B.Sc). You need to score a minimum of 60 percent marks in graduation. Score around 60 percentile to get admission in a good B-school.

It depends on whether you want to take admissions in B.Com (Hons.) or in B.Com (Pass). If you want to take up B.Com (Hons.) then it's mandatory to have maths in class 12th.

GRE is required only for US universities and few Canadian Universities. GRE is not at all mandatory for German Universities.
To get into German Universities you need to take IELTS and try to score 6.5 overall with no band less than 6. You may also apply for German Universities with your GATE score.
