You should first complete your 12th First
after that take Admission in BCA or BSCIT there are also courses available as BSC (hardware and Networking) you can opt that as well. If you have PCM at 10+2 level you can opt for BE and BTech
If you opting for BCA or Bsc IT the you can go for masters degree like MCA and also do short terms courses on Hardware & networking provided by leading institutes

Below is the basic eligibility for pursuing M.Tech in Automobile Engineering:
Aspirant must have passed B.E/B.Tech or equivalent in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks.

No you are not as PGDBIO is not equivalent to any masters degree
Net eligibility is:
You must be master degree holder with atleast 55% of marks
So it is suggested that you must go with M.com degree of Ignou as you will get 1year exemption so take admission in January session which is going on in next year December net you will be eligible as appearing candidate for Masters if you pass net and fail in Masters then you need to clear masters then only you will be eligible for professor position in any University or college

you may prepare for UPSC Banking SSC Railway
or Clear net exam and become professor which is best career option
