For becoming a doctor, you should have Science with biology as a subject in class 11th and class 12th. After that, you have to clear the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET UG for entrance into the MBBS (Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery) course. If you got a good rank in it, you would be selected in a government medical college or otherwise you have to opt for a private medical college. MBBS course is of 4.5 years. + 1yr internship (compulsory). After completing your MBBS uh can do PG (specialization- MD or MS) in any subject which is of 3 years. Duration. After that, you can also do super specialization in your respective subject.
