Hello Vaibhav. As per the AICTE norms, an applicant must have a valid management test score like CAT AIMA-MAT, MAH CET CMAT NMAT GMAT etc. Also, you must be a graduate from any university recognized by the UGC with 50% score for Open Category and 45% for Backward Category. There is nothing like part time LL.B. As per BCI rule. But few University like D. U run evening classes. LL.B. Is a full time course but you can study law through programme like Master of corporate law through distance mode from NLU. There is no university that give part time LL.B.
