The kind of preparation required are similar to the ones for any UPSC exam. That is reading a lot, enhancing subject knowledge, improving general knowledge and having information about the current affiars, national level rules & regulations passed in the last 3 years.

Hi,
The best possible course for you would be a Masters in computer science as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can apply in any other engineering related discipline like industrial engineering, electrical etc.

Hi,
No you are not elgiible due to the following reasons:
1) The degree requirement by the university is a 4 years degree or equivalent whereas your degree is a 3 year degree.
2) The percentage required by the university in undergraduation is 75% and above whereas you hold a percentage which is fairly on the lower side as per the university's requirement.
I would recommend looking for universities in UK and Australia as you are best eligible in these locations.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
