4.5 band is low score. Anyway you can look out for college in UK. You may not get very good college at this score. You can plan Arts or Management related subjects at Bachelor or DIploma level. I will advice you to improve your IELTS score which will certainly help you in getting good options.

Hi Mounika,
Many U.K. universities require IELTS instead of TOEFL. GRE is not mandatory. You may try M pharm in these UK Universities :- Aston University and Kent University. However for M Pharma you need to have a B Pharma or relevant education qualification .
