To Target IIT entrance exam you must get good marks above 195/200 in Physcis,Chemistry,Biology and Maths. If your are successful in the said subjects i am sure the IIT entrance exams will be easy for you. Concentrate well and get good marks.

For most of the institutes/ colleges offering B.Sc IT , the admissions are conducted on the merit basis of your 12th results and on the expected cut offs (percentage cut offs) by the Universities but then the same vary from one institute to another.

You can not opt for M.Sc as to pursue this course you require a similar graduate degree i.e. B.Sc and although you are eligible for the MCA course but if you are looking forward to a regular mode then you would require to have studied maths in +2 level as well, else can opt for Correspondence/ Part time MCA.

You can do SAP(FICO) from Siemens or Genovate which are the authorized partners of SAP.
You can get a valid certificate from their end. There are plenty of jobs in the country and abroad for the same.
