If you want to pursue a career in accounts or finance department the best option for you at this juncture would be an MBA with Finance as a specialization. As such there is no information available however The UK Border Agency plans to review Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) later in 2010. But as nothing is specified so kindly don't believe in such rumors unless its confirm by some official agencies .

As per the information I would have about this, IIT and NIT do offer MCA but IIIT Allahabad does not offers MCA course.
In IIT or NIT, to get admission in MCA, you will require to qualify the entrances as required by the particular institutes.
