The official website says candidates should have philosophy as one of their subjects in graduation or candidates should have graduation from national/foreign university recognised by BHU and a post graduate diploma in Indian philosophy and religion with 50% aggregate at both the courses.

Both are good institutes. Bennett University being relatively newer campus than later so Apeejay has a better branch name but Bennett University also made a good name in just couple of years from its inception.
