Well as per the norms set by the industry, you cannot practice all the three in one go because CA is all about tax aspects and financial accounting, CWA tackles study relating to cost and management accounting in great detail. Company secretaryship deals with legal aspects.
A CA has the authority to verify and certify all accounts including the balance sheet of an organisation, unlike a CWA, whose expertise is limited to analysing and determining organisational and management costs. Though the role of CS can't be compared to that of accounting professionals, every organisation needs them for sound advice on corporate, legal, secretarial, administrative and even tax-related matters.
So all of them are very different. You need to choose one domain and go ahead with the same. Take a right decision, select the one that best suits your interest and true abilities and skills.

The most important thing which you need to keep in mind while choosing your stream of study is your own interests and career aspirations. MS would be a good option if you want to get into the profession like research, teaching etc. then, you can definitely go ahead and do MS whereas if you are interested in managerial or administrative profile then you can go ahead and opt for MBA in systems. MBA - IS would have more focus on Management skills than in-depth knowledge on computers or IT related skills.

As the medium of education in American universities is English, so all the international students whose first or native language is not English has to take TOEFL test to prove their English language proficiency.
TOEFL scores along with good academic records are one of the important eligibility criteria to get admission in universities, so it is always advisable to prepare well for TOEFL.
You can join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality TOEFL preparation classes.
TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks.

Hi Ramandeep, Based on you Bachelors degree you can opt for Graduate Diploma (1 year) course. Normally Graduate Diploma course require 6.5 bands however there are few exemptions to it where you can apply with 6 bands too. In Canada if you have studied for 1 year you can get 1 year open work permit and if you have studied for 2 years you can get upto 3 years of Open work permit. Based on the work experience and qualification from Canada you can apply for PR if eligible. Also based on 6 bands in IELTS you can apply for 2 years Diploma course.
