Admission is done through two processes.
1. Admission through UPTU Entrance Exams (UPMCAT)
85% of the alloted seats of admissions are done through UPMCAT Entrance examination conducted by the university at state-wide level. Then rank-based centralized counseling is done & then the students can choose this college as an option & get admitted.
2. Direct Admission through Management / NRI Quota
Remaining 15% of the alloted seats of admissions are done through direct admissions . The students above 50% in overall marks in graduation can opt this college as an option & get admitted. Students with AIMCET/MAT/CAT recognized by AICTE avail this quota at the college level. fees Rs. 1,07,500/-

Hi Ayan, I would advice you to concentrate and continue to work for another year and after that you may pursue Executive MBA which requires 3 years of work experience. It is specially designed for the working executives to take part in the program without hampering their career and considering the work experience one must be an apt candidate for a good number of institutions.
To be eligible,
-Candidate must be graduate with a minimum work experience of 3 years. However, it must be remembered that the work profile, status in the work place are closely considered while considering an applicant for an EMBA.
-Majority of the institutes consider scores on CAT or GMAT as one of the eligibility criteria for EMBA programs.

Candidate seeking admission to MBA Programme shall be Indian Nationals and are required to have Bachelor's degree from the Kerala University or any other examinations recognized as equivalent, with not less than 50% in aggregate (all years put together). The admission is based on the eligibility prescribed by the Kerala University and Government of Kerala. Accordingly, a candidate applying for admission to this MBA Programme should have a VALID MAT SCORE - Valid score obtained by the candidate in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by the All India Management Association. Short Listed candidate will be called for an Interview and Group Discussion. In computing the admission score weightages will be given as follows:
Valid MAT Score - 80%
Performance in GD - 10%
Performance in Interview - 10%
Tution fees Rs. 25,000/- (per semester)
Admission fees Rs. 1,000/- (once)
Caution deposit Rs. 2,000/- (refundable)
Miscellaneous fees Rs. 3,000/- (per year)
