See, I recommend you to try again next year but if you really want suggestion, then try top NITs because they really do not care about the CAT marks. They test you by their internal test.

Make sure you score high percentage in class 12th. After that, you can apply in many institutes like BVIMR, Amity, IP University, JIMS, and Jaipuria. There you will need to first clear written exam & then sit in GD or interview or both, as per their process.

There is no official information for CAT, ATMA cutoff because student will be considered as All India candidate with these score. CET cutoff for last year was around 91 percentile for Open category.
