Hello Ayushi,
Can't just comment whether this information is correct or not, but the last year's fee structure was 95000 for BJMC course, which is still available in the college website itself (http://www.nimc-india.com/undergraduate-courses.php). Things doesn't really change much as if there would have been any thought of increasing the fees the authorities might have done that till date. So yes, current fee structure is still Rs. 95000/-.

Complete your 12th in non-medical stream then join any DGCA approved aviation institute. The cost of training will be around 15 to 20 Lacs plus. It will be more or less based on the type of license you need. There are different license like SPL, PPL, CPL.
SPL: Student pilot license is the basic step to start a career/
PPL: Private Pilot License can be obtained by 60 hours of flying (with trainer and individual flying).
CPL: commercial pilot license can be obtained by 190 hours of flying.

No, you might not be permitted to jump directly to 3rd-year after your 1st-year exams. You will have to study your 2nd-year like everyone else. You can check with the admission or other relevant authorities in your institute. Regards.
