Hello Siddharth, There are no drawbacks in starting MBA preparations from B.Tech second semester. However, you may feel a bit deviated from the technical courses you'll be studying in engineering. My only suggestion for you is that tart linking your branch of study (Electrical/Mech/CSE/Civil) and explore areas of MBA where it can be properly utilised. Focus on cracking CAT/XAT rather than CMAT/MAT. Best Wishes !

Admission to an integrated M.Sc+B.Ed course is mostly via entrance exam. Few colleges provide admission via direct mode or based on merit I. e marks acquired in Graduation, while others prefer to conduct an entrance exam for entry to their integrated course. Different entrance exams which can be used for entry to integrated M.Sc+B.Ed course are mentioned below:
1) IIT JAM
2) AUCET
3) CUCET
4) NEST
5) KU PGCET

It's nice to know your interest in becoming an aircraft maintenance engineer. The basic eligibility is 10+2 with Maths & Physics or three years Diploma in any course higher than this. The most important point is that DAIICT does't have computer science. The course is ICT- information and communication technology which is sort of combination of ECE and CS and some people can do minors in computational science which is different from computer science. If you speak of the coding world come join DA. I have friends in a couple of colleges you mentioned so according to me your preferential order could be
DAIICT, LNMIT, DTU, VIT, Nirma, Thapar. Hope this helps.
