It's great you're getting ready for KEAM registration! To make the process smooth, here's a comprehensive list of what you'll need:

1. Personal Details:

• Basic Information: Your name, date of birth, gender, nationality, etc.
• Contact Information: A valid email address and mobile number that you'll use throughout the KEAM process.
• Aadhaar Number: This is usually required for identification purposes.
• Parent/Guardian Details: Information about your parents or guardian.
• Address: Your permanent and communication addresses.

2. Academic Details:

• Class 10 Certificate: This is mandatory for all candidates and serves as proof of your date of birth.
• Plus Two (Class 12) Details:
  • Qualifying Examination: Whether you've passed or are appearing for the Plus Two exam.
  • Board of Study: The board you studied under (e.g., Kerala Board, CBSE, ICSE).
  • Marks/Mark List (if available): If you've passed the exam, have your mark sheet ready.

3. Nativity and Domicile:

• Proof of Nativity: You'll need a document proving your nativity in Kerala. This could be your SSLC certificate, birth certificate, or passport showing your place of birth.
• Mother's Nativity (if applicable): If you're claiming any benefits related to your mother's nativity, you'll need to provide proof of that as well.

4. Category and Reservation:

• Community Certificate: If you belong to any reserved category (SC/ST/OEC/SEBC), you'll need to upload your community certificate.  
• Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: For SEBC/OEC candidates, a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate is required.  
• EWS Certificate: If you're claiming reservation under the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category, you'll need to upload the EWS certificate.
• Other Certificates: If you're claiming any other special reservations (e.g., for persons with disabilities, ex-servicemen, etc.), have the relevant certificates ready.

5. Income Certificate:

• For Fee Concessions: If you're seeking any fee concessions based on your family's income, you'll need to provide an income certificate.

6. Scanned Images:

• Photograph: A recent passport-size photograph in the specified format (usually JPEG, with dimensions and size limits).  
• Signature: A scanned image of your signature on a white paper, also in the specified format.

7. Payment Details:

• Online Payment: If you're paying the application fee online, have your credit/debit card or net banking details ready.
• E-Challan: If you're opting for payment through e-challan at a post office, you'll need to download the e-challan and make the payment.

If you’ve uploaded both a passport-size photo (2.5×3.5) and a postcard-size photo (4×6) in the correct sections of your NEET application, you’re complying with NTA requirements.

Both should be in JPG/JPEG, 10–200KB, recent (after January1,2025), white background, with 80% face coverage and visible ears.

If instead you mixed them up—used the postcard photo in the passport spot or vice versa—you must wait for the official correction window to upload the correct images .

NTA doesn’t allow revisions later. Keep checking your NEET portal and email, and upload correct photos once the correction window opens.
