No, Azim Premji University does not accept the CUET PG scores only for admissions to MA courses. The university offers five specialisations in MA courses, from which some of the MA specialisations might accept CUET PG scores only. 
Moreover, candidates whose graduation results are awaited and who want to take admissions to MA courses can apply through the university-in-house-entrance exam (Azim Premji University National Entrance Test). Hence, APU Bangalore does accept the scores of the CUET PG and in-house entrance exam for MA courses.

The selection criteria of Azim Premji University can slightly vary depending on the applied MA course. For some of the MA programmes, the university accepts CUET PG scores. Additionally, for some of the MA courses, APU Bangalore accepts the scores of its in-house-university-level entrance examination (Azim Premji University National Entrance Test). This in-house entrance is mainly for those candidates whose graduation results are awaited and who can apply for MA courses through the previous semester's result and can appear in this examination. It is tough to compare which university is easier to get admission into for MA courses among Azim Premji University and Christ University. Both of the universities are privately owned and have similar reputations in Bangalore.
