Yes u are eligible for BPT subject of fulfilling the requisition norms.
U must have qualified Diploma in Physiotherapy with 50% aggregate marks (3yrs after 10th) or (2yrs/1yr after 10+2) from recognized board/university. Through migration from from one college to other u will be eligible for the lateral entry. For the conditions u can visit the official websites. There are certain colleges/universities providing BPT course are Lovely Professional University, NMIMS' School of Science, Mumbai, Bengal Institute of Polytechnic, Bengal

Since you are in a job, MBA through distance education form institutes like Symbiosis, SMU, ICFAI would be suitable for you.
