In what context are you referring to a "decentralized discussion"? generally, different colleges hold different counselling sessions based on different course and college. I suggest you contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
Other than that, JEE mains and JEE Advanced have started a centralized counselling from this year. If you are referring to any other exam, kindly write back with the details.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

That would strictly depend on the kind of job you are interested in. If you are looking for a job of an Auditor, then Masters in Accounting makes more sense. If you are looking for Finance job, MBA is better.

The ranks and cut-offs vary year after year. Hence, I would suggest you to attempt the paper to the best of your capability.
Also, Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another and for accurate numbers.
