The main difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree and is offered by universities, whereas, PGDM is a post-graduate diploma offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Indian universities come under the University Grants Commission (UGC) and can, therefore, award degrees like the MBA degree, also known as MMS in Mumbai. Universities follow the UGC format for course content. On the other hand, reputed management institutes design their courses based on industry feedback and business relevance. They are not covered under the UGC.
All the colleges you mentioned are all good. You need to check their placements and faculty.

It depends on which IIT, you need to be in top people in your category. It's a little bit difficult for old IIT's. Year by year the total marks for JEE Advanced paper is changing. I say you need to get around 3-10% of total marks for old IIT's.

It depends on what type of course are you looking for - degree or diploma.
For Degree courses, 6 band of IELTS is usually the minimum. However if you are looking at Diploma or Certificate courses then 5.5 bands are enough. You need anything above 5 bands to get admission for a diploma course.

Hello Rajkamal, in addition to the countries and your budget you must also meet admission requirements for MBA. Do you have work experience and GMAT score? If you don't have prior work experience job prospects will also be slim. Look for business schools in countries like Germany, Poland, France, Malaysia and China. Admissions are competitive in these countries so make sure you do meet the criteria before applying.
