Hi Jim,
If you desire to study abroad, you can consider popular countries like USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Singapore and Australia among others. If you are looking for some cheaper options you may consider options in Asia such as Japan, China and Hong Kong. Germany on the other hand is also quite budget friendly for students. Ireland, Poland etc. Are some other options. It is vast, start some research on universities worldwide, the admission process, fees etc. And decide which country is best for you. Whether you want to study in India or abroad is your own choice.

Hello,
Not specifically to the institute you mentioned, but the typical fee structure for a 3D animation course costs you around 2 - 4 LAC.
Fee is completely depended upon course duration and the softwares you learn.
As you mentioned about middle class family, that's not a problem if you are passionate and creative. you may learn individual software via online, YouTube tutorials, or from any individual professional. That will costs you very less. certificate does not matter for graphic /animation jobs in India.
Be positive, work hard, be creative.
Thank you!
