Hi Navjot Singh,
I will suggest you to take a diagnostic test first, it's available online and also on the ETS website, the official website for GRE. After you take the diagnostic test a couple of times you will know your standing and if you need external help and how much work you need to be doing on get the scores right. Even while you are preparing keep taking these mock tests regularly and keep comparing your improvement. Check Jamboree, Khan Academy and Manya Abroad. These are some famous ones.

First of all, I should appreciate your confidence of getting 250+ in JEE Mains. It is not an easy stuff to score that much. Coming to the ranks, it depends on the range of difficulty of the paper. If the paper is difficult then there is a good chance of getting good rank if you get 250+ and if the difficulty level of the paper is more, more number of students would score more than 250 so the chances of getting good rank decreases.

100-90% : Perfect 10 Marks
90- 80% : 8 Marks
80-70% : 5 Marks
Below 70% : TNG in the subject ( I. e. u are not allowed to appear for the subject in which u hold less than 70% of attendance. I truly believe that by this mechanism ISBS strives for the betterment and enhancement of its Student fraternity.
