There are ample career opportunities available in the Science section but one need to make a choice based on one's interest and capabilities, ranging from medicine, paramedics, dental sciences, engineering etc.
As for IIT JAM exam is concerned, it is conducted for the M.Sc and MCA courses, and to be eligible for the same you need to first complete your Graduate level.
