A 2 months course in film making will not be enough as it is necessary for you to gain knowledge about the basic aspects of film making such as Direction, Cinematography,Camera angles, market demand as in what type of films or T.V. shows are in, etc. So I would suggest you to first complete your graduation and then join some course related to Film making and direction so that you gain the relevant knowledge. Also, while pursuing B.Tech, in your leisure time (Though engineering students hardly get) I would advice you to try your hand on Final Cut Pro and other such softwares and may may be with the help of some online tutorials, you should start shooting documentary films, do it as a free lancer or join any NGO and make documentaries for them. Also just to get an insight, you can send your short films for various film festivals. Just to know where you stand.
