As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, as per your query, I would suggest you to take a year gap and prepare for various management entrance tests, and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school of your choice.
The other option for you you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt in MBA, that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
- Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.

After completing 12th from commerce stream you may consider pursuing:
