Distance mode diploma is possible. Diploma should be done from a recognized institute. You have jobs options in railways as loco pilot, junior engineer, TTE, technician, railway apprentice etc. RRB exam is the qualifying exam to be attended to opt for these jobs. Clear UPSC NDA exam to join any of the defense areas. Clerical posts in banks will also be a feasible option in this area. Other departments to apply are police services, income tax, CBI etc.
Extra Courses can be done like: Autocad, Orcad/Pcb

UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
- Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- You must be an Indian citizen.

After completing B.E. you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.E. and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
