UK all post graduation is one year. The tuition fees will be around 8 Lakhs and living expenses will be around 6.5 Lakhs. You have to pay the fees and the balance fees and living expenses should be shown in your account for 28 days prior to apply for visa. Or you can show loan sanctioning letter from bank to apply for visa.
During your studies you are allowed to do part time job 20 hrs per week. on this you can earn your living expenses. Normally on the lowest job you can earn around Rs.56000/ per month.
After the studies you can apply for tier 2 visa and get for three years, provided you should have a job for a salary of 22000 GBP per year. Thsi 22000 pounds works out to be around 1.5 lakhs per month. When you can earn 56000 on 20 hrs part time, the same job full time you can earn around 2 lakh. You are also required to have 2 - 3 years of experience in a managerial position in some of the universities in the UK. However nowadays many universities do accept freshers also owing to the public demand from the students. They are provided with a bridging course so that their studies move smoothly. 1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
