Yes it is necessary to write the National Level Entrance exam for joining B.Sc (Agri) based on the results you will be able to be placed in anyone of the good universities in the country. Try to score atleast above 85% and above in the entrance and plus two results.

I would suggest you to visit the nearest centre and speak to the centre head if they have any other student taking coaching from your locality. Also, some of the top coaching institutes provide pick up and drop service to students taking coaching classes and often students hire cabs or car pool.

I think after b.com you should go for mba with finance stream otherwise if you want to other course with b.com then you should go for computer course with ms office specially ms excel. if you have command with ms-excel then you get job during b.com imediately. most of companies demand excel expert.

As you are interested in B.Tech, you cn opt for B. Tech in Civil Engineering through distance or correspondence, as in this case you can work along with pursuing your B.Tech.
Also, as you have already done a diploma, you can get lateral entry directly into the second year of B.Tech.
