Well, I am little confused here! In the beginning, you have asked about M.Pharm which is usually of 2 years. If you are interested in M. Pharm, then you need to go for B.Pharm.

You can try for management quota seats in private engineering collages. Without entrance exams, you would not be able to get admission in good engineering collages as they consider entrance exams scores as well.

In the job market B.Tech qualification surely carries more value. You can expect better job prospects as well higher salary after B.Tech. But it is important you select the specialisation based on your career aspiration. Like if you are interested in Bio then joining for engineering stream is not the right decision. In that case, you can pursue BSc in Biotechnology, microbiolgy etc for better career prospects.
