Hi Priya,
It would help if we knew exactly what in Psychology are you interested in. As far as we are aware B Sc in Psychology requires you to have Psychology as a subject in 10+2. We do not know of any institutes which offer regular B Sc Psychology which waive the above criterion. You can opt for an alternate study route like BA Psychology instead.

The placements in UBS is quite good. If you compare with other similar B-schools it's great. All the students don't get placed, but, most of the students get placed. Moreover, you get enough opportunities to get place in a good company.

CDS (Combined Defense Service) exam is conducted under the Civil Service.
The minimum qualification required is B.Sc. of a recognized University or equivalent with Physics and/or Mathematics as subjects or Bachelor of Engineering. The exam takes place twice a year and the age limit is between 19-23 years.
CDS exam would include sections like English, General Knowledge, Elementary Mathematics, Mensuration, Geometry, Statistics.
