Pranav Don't worry of expenses if you are meritorious. BITS provides scholarship to those who deserve. You may find details in their Prospectous. One need to have 70-75% marks in PCM for admission even after qualifying their entrance exam. You also have option to apply for equally good private universities providing more affordable degree if you are lacking on the merit front. Best of Luck.

Yes, you will be a graduate once you clear your B.com from Delhi University (no backlogs).
UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
- Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- You must be an Indian citizen.
