Although, you have not mentioned the level of programme you want to do from BNG but what I could gauge from your query that you have completed your +2. To do a Bachelors degree programme from BNG you must have completed your +2. To get admission in BNG you have to fill up a form and send it to BNG along with a DD of Rs. 400/-.
