As far as the career after a Masters programme in Tourism is concerned you can get opportunities at higher level Managerial positions in various Traveling agencies, Hotels, shipping companies and other government departments related to tourism. You are comparing altogether two different fields.Easy or tough depends on ur interest and skill sets.MCA is much to do with the software job profile where as MBA is to do with management profile.Introspect yourself before going for the decision.
